Help!

Blood test Saturday at hospital showed 11 hcg. Told me I was pregnant. Home Test this morning (Mon) was negative. I have sore breasts, feel bloated/crampy/gassy. Thoughts? Shouldn't it have doubled by now? Could a home test pick that up?  The test did say wait 19 days after unprotected sex and it has only been 15. Thoughts?
