BBT and OPK Question
Hi everyone! I'm new to temping and using ovulation strips so I'm a bit confused. When does the drop in temp usually occur? And is it normal to get a positive opk (at least I think the opk was positive as it's negative today) the day after a temp drop? I added a pic of my chart starting from the first day of my last period. Help me please!
