When do pregnant women start producing milk?

Can anyone please tell me when pregnant woman start producing milk? I am only 13 weeks and one day but my breast hurt a lot and they are often hot.

It's probably just hormones. Most pregnant won't develop milk until just before or after the baby is born. 
It's quite common to produce colostrum earlier than this though, but usually not until after 26 weeks.

When I had my son I got the pre-milk stuff (I forget the name) around 7-8 months prego. 
Then 2 days after I had him, my milk came in.
