Update on 19 days late.

I went into the doctors office today for a pelvic ultrasound. Because I am currently 19 days late which is very strange for me. I I have very regular cycles. But I was having major pain in my lower abdomen. Had an ectopic in May, so very aware of how I feel.They said to call back tomorrow for the results of the images. Would they have told me I was pregnant before I left the office, or would they wait? I hate when doctors can't just tell you while your in the office.
