Can I breast feed with a virus?

So I have pink eye and a fever. I'm pumping and supplementing. I took some children's dynatap can I still pump or should I just give him formula till I'm not sick.

Unless you have a serious disease, it isnalways recommend to continue breastfeeding. I fell ill with cold and step throat during the first weeks of my LO's life. Thank God, she never got sick. Breastmilk actually protects your baby from the viruses the mother might have.
