Pain in upper middle abdomen?!

I'm 24 weeks and the last two days I've been having a dull annoying pain in my upper middle abdomen about 3 inches under the middle of my boobs....and when I eat it hurts worse. I've looked online (of course Google makes you feel like you're dying) and it said pre-clampsia but my blood pressure is always low and I don't have any other symptoms! I've only gained 10 pounds so far and I thought maybe it was everything moving around, trying to stretch in there or maybe the round ligament pain but I don't know if you feel that up so high.... this is my second pregnancy & I don't remember this happening with my first. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this?!
