Baby moving a lot while I've been sick...?

For the last couple of days, I've been fighting a stomach bug. I've had trouble keeping things down. Anyway...Baby boy has been moving around like crazy, which I'm not complaining about (glad to know he's ok in there), but is it normal?

I'm recovering from a 2 day stomach virus. My little girl moved almost the entire time!!! I love her moving a lot but was already uncomfortable enough. Lol

It does make it more uncomfortable,  for sure! Good to hear I'm not the only one experiencing it! I've just been throwing up anything I eat or drink. Been a lot better today, though!

I had the stomach flu two weeks ago and my baby wouldn't stop moving lol but when you're sick you're not moving around doing daily things, you're laying down, so you feel the baby so much more. It was awkward a little though feeling so sick and the baby was moving around lol Baby moving around is always a good thing!
