What do I expect at the hospital Labour and Delivery

What were your personal experiences what should I pack with me. What happens after you deliver post partum how do you heal sleep and hold a baby and breast feed! How do you calm a crying baby when this is your first baby how do you do everything!

You are going to know what to do when the time comes. Every baby is different. I had an 100% natural delivery and I teared also. I was in pain after but only when I will get up to use the bathroom. You feel so much pressure and it burns when you pee. For me it was great having my own pejamas and socks !! I dint use much of other things. I think I slept like 2 hours in total in 3 days but that's because I didn't want them to take my baby from my room. Good luck.

I promise it works out. The baby is pretty exhausted from the whole being born ordeal so try to take advantage of that and nap while he/she is passed out. I won't be accepting visitors until this one is at least 24 hours old- something I wish I had done with my first.

I was in so much pain after having my boy the first night I didn't sleep & I couldn't really get out of bed so I kept ringing the buzzer for the nurses to come in to help. I tried as much as I could, the nurses understand though.
