Help! Indecisive ultrasound - gender

Ultrasound tech says our sweet one is a girl. However, I'm not totally convinced because she wouldn't move at all, other than her feet tapping. Wouldn't open the legs one bit! Tech based it on the 3 white lines, but I'm totally unsure what the other two white lines to the right of that could be?! And if you look closely, it appears to be a shadow of some sort directly to the right of the arrow. This was my 19-20 week scan.
