Prenatal yoga dvd suggestions?
I'm not an avid yoga person but have gone to my gym's yoga class a few times since being pregnant. Unfortunately, some of the floor work is getting harder as belly gets bigger. Anyone have a prenatal yoga did they like? I'm looking for something somewhat challenging (not just stretching) but also not too fast paced or advanced.
