Crib bumpers *trigger*
I am just writing this because of the many beautiful nursery pics I've seen posted recently.
Please, please do not put crib bumpers on your baby's crib. It significantly increases the risk of SIDS and SUDC (what SIDS is labeled for children over the age of 12 months).
Our daughter passed away in her sleep in 2014 at 14 months. We did not have crib bumpers, blankets or pillows in her crib yet we still blamed ourselves. God forbid something should happen you do not want the added heartache of having these decorative things in the crib and wondering "what if?"
Sorry o low this is a downer but it's real and I've seen so many bumpers! Get the mesh kind of you really want a bumper.
