I have PCOS

I am 23 and was diagnosised with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) a year ago. I have made changes to my diet, taking supplements, and trying to conceive with my husband. We just got married December 2015, so we haven't tried very long, but I'm worried it will be very hard. I stopped birth control 3 weeks ago and was only on it for 6 months to regulate my out of control hormones. I have cysts on my ovaries and nabothian cysts on my cervix..
