Baby lovie at 6??

My daughters 6 and she's had an attachment to her "B" since she was a baby. It's a small blanket with a bear head attached. She brings it everywhere and the thing has seen its last day like three years ago. We tried to have her leave it in her bed but it always ends up hanging around. When we go out we let her bring it but leave it in the car.. We have searched many stores and have gone through three back up "B"s already.. My husband jokes that B will end up under her pillow at college.. I never worried about it until now. When will she give it up? Should I be concerned? I mean she's going to be 7 years old this summer. I had to rush home from the store yesterday because her grandmother called and said I forgot to pack B in her bag. 😳
