TTC my Rainbow Baby...

Some say it is easier to get pregnant after a miscarriage I'm wondering how true it is....I found out I was pregnant 10/22/15 Doctor couldn't find heartbeat at 10w6d 12/9/15 had a D&C the doctor said no need to wait to try to conceive again so my husband and I have been trying ever since I was so sad when I got AF in January so I'm hoping February is our month...Has anyone else conceived shortly after a miscarriage and D&C??
