Just confused at this point

Well I posted yesterday about aunt flo being due on the first well last night I started lightly bleeding so I thought ok she came late which never happens well today nothing not even spotting idk what to do at this point because I've already gotten two bfn on hpt and I can't get into my doctor till the end of March still have not told my husband anyone else going threw this
