Thick endometrial lining and low sperm count

Just want to vent really!

Found out today my lying is too thick....made the mistake of googling and now worried it may be uterine cancer (obviously having further investigations). My husband has low sperm count just awaiting analysis on other details. Everything is looking pretty bleak! I'm 34, the clocks ticking and I'm feeling negative about it all!!!

Anybody else had thick lining of the uterus and what interventions were needed? Did it help?
