Anyone pregnant without a gall bladder?

I had mine removed when I was 15. If you don't know, not having a gallon bladder cancer cause tummy issues for the rest of your life. My tummy issue is diarrhea. I've had it since it was removed, it's pretty awful. Here's the problem, people have told me that constipation is the biggest issue in pregnancy, we'll I've not had this issue. Instead, I feel that the diarrhea has gotten worse. My stomach is upset all the time and as soon as I take a couple bites of something, it happens. I was wondering if this was common with women who get pregnant with no gallbladder or it's a virus or something. I don't eat much, to prevent having unwanted diarrhea. I've not been morning sickness at all, so is it possible that diarrhea is my "version" of morning sickness"? Is there anything safe to take while pregnant to help?
