Could I be pregnant?

My symptoms of whatever it is started about 2 weeks ago. I have severe cramping on the left side of my lower abdomen and it wraps around to my left lower back. I have been extremely tired and emotional. The cramping becomes even more severe when I have an orgasm. Should I take a test or am I overreacting?

If you're worried, take a test. No one can tell if you're pregnant by symptoms because many are the same as period symptoms. The only way to tell is by your hcg levels, aka testing.
