Pre pregnancy I was a coffee or two per day person. I have since cut back to maybe 2-3 cups per week, not so much because I fear the caffeine intake (you can have up to 200mg per day) but more because I noticed I was addicted. If I didn't have a coffee every morning I would get a pretty bad headache. This pregnancy has just made me want to form better habits overall.

The first 12 weeks I stop all coffee and soda, but I have horrible headaches for hell because of stopped. The caffeine.  Now I only drinking water and 1 Pepsi daily.

None - but caffeine affects me strongly. I have to have half what is normal or my heart races....

Used to drink one cup everyday and a few sodas throughout the week now I just have an occasional soda. It was horrible at first I was so exhausted and had headaches but after that passed I realized how much the coffee was messing up my stomach and honestly making me feel worse.

I'm a big coffee drinker. At least three a day. But I couldn't stand it till 16 weeks or so and didn't even miss it a little. Even my hubby drinking one made me feel awful...
Then just one a day, now usually two or three daily. Couldn't live without it.
