Positive Stories?

Question

I'd love to hear some stories of people who are overweight and HAVE successfully conceived.  I feel like all I see is negative.  Anyone have positives?  I'm 5'9" and 300ish lbs.

5'5'' and about 270 lbs. I steadily gained weight through dating my husband then getting married. I have pcos so if I don't eat well, the weight crawls on. I was down to 260 when I had my first two chemical pregnancies. We started ttc in March 2015 then took a short break for a few months since I started a new job. I then miscarried one pregnancy in 11/2015 and the second in 12/2015. We were thankful to know I could get pregnant and I followed up with an ob who suspected low progesterone or a clotting disorder. My cycles became irradic from 1/2016-4/2016 due to the miscarriages so I was put on Provera to regulate them. I then got a BFP 5/11/16 and started taking prometrium, baby aspirin, and Folbee on top of my prenatal vitamins. I'm 13w1d pregnant now and super thankful. Baby has a strong heartbeat and is developing well! Good luck to you!

I'm 5'7" and 269lbs. We had to go to a fertility specialist. Our 2nd IUI worked. We now have a 21 month old son and trying for #2 now. It was a long journey and I never thought it would work but we did it!
