Long Distance Relationship

How do you deal with a long distance relationship plus add in his 2 jobs, school & his son? I asked him if we would get to spend Valentine's day or weekend together & he stated "i have to work babe sorry." LIKE WTF? March marks a year we have been together & we haven't even had the chance to spend a holiday together due to the fact he's too busy with work.
