Did not ovulate this month d

So,  for some reason I didn't ovulate at all this month,  is this normal?

I took my ovulation tests like usual and even took them a week longer then norm and I didn't ovulate

I use the Clear blue and I've been doing ot since Oct when I had my IUD taken out. Also the last 2 days I've had so much discharge.
