Serious pregnancy problem!! Please help me!

I posted yesterday that I started bleeding, I'm 7 weeks pregnant according to this app but on the ultrasound at the hospital last night they said I was only about 6 weeks. At first it was brown blood with dark red and it was light. Now it's dark red and stringy like snot. I've also got what looks like little clots. What should I do? Is anyone else going through this or did you go through it already? If so what happens? Thank you girls! Ps, sorry about the pic I know it's gross but I don't know how else to show it.
