Concerned mama

Last night my husband and I had intercourse. I got up to go to the bathroom shortly after we finished, when I wiped, there was a tiny tinge of pink on the toilet paper, this is the first time it's happened in this pregnancy. It happened all the time with my last one and I ended up having a blighted ovam. I'm not having a lot of general symptoms anymore, but no cramping or bleeding either, other than the little pink tinge last night. Should I be scared? We have our first ultrasound on Wednesday.
