Going Crazy Here

I jist dont know what's next. I had gone to the hospital because I was spotting brown. It went on for three days, it was just small brown spotting. They did an ultrasound but no heartbeat. They said I was five weeks and that was the reason. Later doctor spoke to ne and said my pregnancy level was 125 (not good). That it could be a chemical pregnancy. I was discharged from the ER and next day I called my doctor and he told me to keep my appointment, that maybe by then we could hear my baby's heartbeat and or levels goes up. Im now bleeding, what do I do? Go to the emergency room again? Do i wait?

What if it is a CHEMICAL pregnancy??

No major cramping but am bleeding.
