Alcohol, Prescriptions, Drugs before you know you're pregnant?

Question

What are the consequences for the baby if you've had alcohol, weed, or were on Percocet and Tramadol prescriptions before you knew you were pregnant? I mean like essentially before 4 weeks of pregnancy.

I was 2 months pregnant before I actually found out I was. During those two months I definitely had a few beers not much more. Ended up miscarrying at 13 weeks. I know those beers didn't have anything to do with miscarrying but they say if your not on birth control and trying to get pregnant it's best to abstain from all substances such as the ones you listed. Not quite sure if this answers your question but good luck

My mom the day before she found out she was pregnant got drunk like really intoxicated but I turned out fine... for the most part! LoL

The chances are slim. Don't underestimate the first few weeks, they're utmost important and set the pace for the rest of the pregnancy, but if it's quit once a positive HPT is seen, it shouldn't effect the baby /too/ bad.

I recently found out I was pregnant on Jan 20
I did drink during Christmas ,new year, & my bday on the 8th.. a few shots the rest were mixed drinks.. I too am worried going to the doctor on Tuesday

I drank a bit before I knew I was pregnant. Couldn't figure out why I was so intoxicated after just two glasses of wine haha! Baby's okay, mommy's okay... Just gotta quit everything asap. & start prenatals.
