Terrified to go to school

My bf got accepted into community college and starts next month. I'm waiting on my acceptance email but I'm terrified to go, I graduated in 2010 so I feel like I'm too old to go now, I'm horrible in math and I know I'm going to have to get my basics out the way first and I'm not good around people, I have serious anxiety so the thought of going back to school and feeling like I won't be good enough and being around so many people is killing me. I don't know what to do...He is excited and ready and I don't want him to see me as a quitter for a girlfriend, I know these days you can barely work at mc donalds without a college degree. Anyone else understand my feeling or went through the same thing being nervous.
