Loosen vagina??

How do you losen your vagina? My vaginas so tight! I have tried to have sex a few times but it doesn't fit (I am turned on/wet) and hurts so bad

Have a look into vaginismus and if you want vulvodynia. They are two very common sexual pain conditions and are treatable. Vaginismus is got very much to do with the spasming and tightening of your pelvic floor muscles and vulvodynia has a lot to do with the nerves around the vulva and entrance to the vagina. It is possible to have both, I do. The best thing to do is to see a gynaecologist or women's health physiotherapist and talk about treatments. Treatments vary, from creams, to pelvic floor training to surgery. It's all about what you have, the severity of it and managing it. Part of pelvic floor training is learning how to control your muscles and teaching them to relax on cue. Another part of pelvic floor training is using dialators which vary in sizes from small as a pinky to thick as a wrist. You insert these in stages so that your muscles learn to accept bigger objects during penetrations.  It doesn't "loosen" your vagina but it teaches your vagina to relax and accept penetration. It's probably one of the most effective treatments.

Try lube. You can't really 'loosen' your vagina. It'll go back to being tight. Go slow and make sure there was a lot of foreplay so you're fully aroused. It'll hurt for a bit, but that's normal. Maybe try masturbating with 1 finger and slowly add more, that might help a little.
