I took Soy,Black Cohosh,natural progesterone. What supplements are you taking to get that BFP?

Selenium magnesium vitamin e vitamin c omega  3 capsules and I was taking stress tabs in the red bottle for iron and b vitamins including folic acid. I also started consuming a lot of spinach and I was drinking Pom juice daily. Started drinking full fat kefir as I read that it's easier to get pregnant on full fat milk. I eat a couple if squares if dark chocolate with almonds and walnuts daily. I am 42 and pregnant :).

take CoQ10 and use pre seed. it worked for me after 10 years of trying to conceive. IVF iui clomid all failed. I have Endo pcos Graves disease low Egg reserve and am in peri menopause. I had a healthy baby boy seven months ago at 44 years of age. Good luck ladies x
