Could these be pregnancy symptoms?

My AF is now 2 days late. I took a HPT today and it was a bfn. Some symptoms that I have are:flu/cold symptoms, some left pelvic cramping, breast tenderness with tingling nipples, and sore gums. Has anyone else ever experience these symptoms with early pregnancy? Thanks
