Legal advice you guys they took my statement down and well it's been difficult. They arrested him but let him out bail. The case is my word against him. All the he said she said. There's no hardcore evidence. I just feel like I'm swimming against the current. Has anyone ever been abused and hit and it's basically your statement against his? I don't know what to do things don't have to escalate to this.
