Is he really a he?

I had a private/outside of my doctor ultrasound done two weeks ago. I was 15 1/2 weeks. This totally looks like a boy to me. She said at first the umbilical cord was in the way, not sure if it moved. I was 100% sure it was a boy, until someone said what if he isn't a boy. What do you think? Help!!
