Cramps early in pregnancy?

Lately I have been having mild cramps. I am 6 weeks pregnant & I recently went to the emergency room for the cramps. Doctor said it was only a UTI & prescribed me some pills. I'm still having the cramps & it's got me worried. Need some advice..

Normal they will come and go all the way to end

I had mild cramps at about 4 weeks. There was nothing wrong. They were the reason I knew I was pregnant. I didn't have any other signs..

It's normal I have little ones right now and I'm 9w 3d, it's your body growing!

I'm 14 weeks and I have cramps on and off. Doctor told me that it's normal because your body is changing and stretching.
