What do you do for lower back pain?

Hey everyone im in my 5th week and experiencing really bad lower back pain. Not sure if its connected to the pregnancy or just bad sleeping or posture but it hurt so much! Feels like nerve pain, sharp zappy pains all in the lower back. Just wondering what you use to relieve the pain. Cheers!

Yoga/stretching and massage are most helpful for me. Also an ice pack to bring the inflammation down.

I actually went to the er for it because it was bringing me to tears I have a high pain tolerance well any ways I strained my back they told me no lifting or exercising for a week or so and they gave me stretches just google stretches for lower back pain also ice packs and heating pads I hope this helps

Tylenol if you need it. Also a heating pad. Try to start some prenatal yoga (there are a bunch of good videos on YouTube) so that it's less of a problem and as our pregnancy progresses.

If it's constant I would call the dr. I had a uti when I was around that week.

You can Tylenol. It's helps me a lot, and it's totally safe.
