How many times a week are you having braxton hicks?

I've been having contractions a lot more than I used to be. In the second trimester I only had like maybe 1-2.. But I'm almost 31 weeks and I've had SEVERAL this and last week. It doesn't matter if I'm laying Down or standing up. I've had maybe 3 this week. Two day before last and one just right now. Is this something I should talk to my doctor about at the next appointment this thursday?
