So i live in MA in the north side.... Im with the childs father who will have last name and birth certificate but will only get 6wks paid and 6 unpaid my plan is to go to welfare for those 6 unpaid until i go back to work in the 3 months time. Do you know if its forced to add him to child support even if hes somewhat supporting financially but not enough? ... We dont love together yet either
