Showing negative on hpt!

Hey! I'm 14 days late on my period (last period was 12/25/15) and have taken 6 pregnancy test at home. All have been negative. If I am pregnant I would be about 6 weeks. Anyone else have issues with showing positives? Going to schedule doctors appt if I don't have a positive in a week.
