IUI with male factors?

has anyone dealing with male factor issues had success with IUI?

We did our first iui! Dhs count was 24million which was good the dr said! Now the tww begins!

We did! Iui was a success for us after 3 rounds of failed clomid.

Hubby had low motility. Quitting smoking and taking vitamins helped a little bit, but it still was somewhat lower than optimal. Did one IUI and it worked first time. I also have PCOS so we had issues on both sides

Also following... Hubby has 4% motility, and I have read that doctors won't consider IUI for couples with this issue.  Hubby has been on Clomid for a few months now, and we have seen a huge benefit to his Testosterone (was also very low, now high/normal).  His had his second SA yesterday, so I'm dying for the results.  If there isn't any improvement to his motility, we'll have to talk about other options. :( I HATE that insurance doesn't cover any of this...

My husband has low count, motility. We are having a surgery on Friday. Varicoceles surgery.

Also following- DH is on Clomid which had helped his counts tremendously and had to have surgery for a related issue in July. His numbers are slowly coming up, but we've have 3 IUIs thus far with no luck. I tried Clomid last cycle but didn't respond, trying letrozole this cycle and we'll see what happens.

Following too. My DH has a good count, motility is a little low, but morphology is at 4%. They called me with the results, but we haven't been scheduled a follow up to see what can be done, if anything.

My husband and I went in to do IUI last week and were unable due to his counts only at 300,000. Today he went in for a semen analysis and his count was at zero.
