Preseed
I did my first self insemination tonight.... Put the preseed in first let that sit for like 10-15 mins then added the seamen very slowly with a needless syringe... I elevated my hips for 30 mins and when I stood up I felt like everything came out!! 😩 please help.. Has this happen to anyone else??
