To go or not to go on the pill
Hi! So I am 19 years old and I am debating on going on the pill to regulate my period again & also for more protection with sexual activity. I have not been sexually active in over a year, but you never know what is coming around the corner next.
My period was always regular (pretty much within a 12-24 span) except for the last 3 periods. 1 came 5 days late, 8 days early and 4 days late.
Which form of birth control would you recommend? Or would you recommend birth control in general? I do not know much about the topic.
And this may be a stupid question, but does it lower your fertility rate?
