Is it normal to have pains and cramps when you have to work on your feet for 6 plus hours. It freaks me out sometimes. Not to mention I can't hardly use the bathroom I pee plenty but that's it. And when I do it is very uncomfortable I get pains until I pass it. Is that normal? I know constipation is a normal symptom but the pains worry me. I used to have the same pains when trying to use the bathroom when I was on my period it pretty much the same pain.
