Hi everyone! This is my second pregnancy and it is much different than my first one. I went to my first appointment yesterday and early yesterday morning I was experiencing very light bleeding. It was pink, almost to the point of it going unnoticed. I had to go to an emergency transvaginal ultrasound. My cervix is closed and baby is still in there! I am hoping this one stays strong and this doesn't end in a miscarriage. Are any of you experiencing or have experienced any type of spotting in the first trimester?
