U/S tells me I have a blighted ovum today :(

Just went in for my 1st U/S. Said I was 7w4d - so nervous to go because of my MC last Nov but don't know how I felt seeing an empty sac. Guess I was disappointed but not as sad...happy I didn't see a hb that will then disappear....I don't know. Haven't given up but this is discouraging.
