I had one in July. My hcgs were rising slowly but the dr's were concerned. At 7 weeks they saw a sac but no fetal pole. At 8 weeks a larger sac no pole. At 10 weeks the sac hasn't grown and I was diagnosed with a missed miscarriage. The worst was I still had symptoms (exhaustion, nausea, sore boobs) because my levels were +15,000. A week later I had a D&C and the next day all symptoms were gone. 
I find this is worse than a natural miscarriage because you feel as if nothing is wrong. I'm thinking about you 💗💗

Yes. It's called a missed miscarriage. I had one in October. I lost all pregnancy symptoms.
