Help me im worried

Ok based on the last time i got my period was December 18, im 7 wks 5 days on January i didnt get my period im 22 days late ive taken like 5 pregnancy test all positive! And today I started to have period cramps and bleeding exactly like if i were on my period, im scared and worried ive havent seen a doctor at all! I was supposed to go today but i didn't due to something that happend please helped my sared!! Ive haven't had any symptoms at all since i found out please help meeeee this is myfirst  pregnancy!
