For all the mom who had Preeclampsia
I was wondering for moms that had Preeclampsia. During your pregnancy did you workout by doing more than cardio 30-40 mins 3 to 5 times a week prior to being diagnosed with Preeclampsia?
What was your experience and journey?
I'm trying to prevent getting it since my first time being pregnant and I know it no joke. I'm currently 13 weeks now and blood pressure was slightly elevated. I admit I was lazy this past week for not do cardio and with the superbowel eating certain foods I shouldn't be eating. Like pasta and bread. I'm 5'6 and weight at 255, I have famy history of diabetes but I never been diagnosed with it. So I'm trying not to gain weight since I'm at a not so good weight.
