Breast reduction and breastfeeding?

I had a reduction 6 years ago, and I'm pretty sure the nipple was detached and reattached completely, but I'm not positive on that. I would love to breastfeed, but I feel there's very little hope. Anyone have stories about reductions and breastfeeding?

I personally don't know anyone who has successfully been able to BF after their reduction. It's just trial and error, I hope it works out well for you, but don't stress if it doesn't it's not your fault. I would start thinking of backup options, maybe donated BM?
