38 weeks and 4 days, scheduled csection Monday morning. All day I've had painful cramps on and off. I woke up at 1:40 in the morning with horrible acid reflux, 4 tums later and no relief I decided to sit up hoping it'd help. I noticed abdominal tightening contractions and have been timing them. Started every 20 minutes, its been 3 hours and now they are 10-15 minutes apart , not painful, just uncomfortable. I CANNOT sleep. My Dr hasn't checked for dialation since I have to have a csection. Should I call or keep waiting ?
