My period came
I stopped the pill in Jan had the usual withdrawal bleed I had a 28 day cycle while on the pill I was 5 days late and then af came this morning so my question is how to I fix my chart as this cycle was 34 days and I don't want to be overly confused about when I am fertile here is my chart for this month my fertile days are very close after my period stops because I'm down as 28 days for my cycle so I don't know if I should change my cycle lenght?
