It is only worrisome is EVERY pregnancy symptom stopped at the same time. Otherwise it is totally normal for symptoms to come and go. Enjoy this time, because they'll probably start hurting again!

Mine hurt for like a month and now they don't. I went from having like no boobs to having boobs and I'm like a male feeling them all the time to make sure they're still there

My boobs have hurt sooooo bad since finding out I was pregnant, I am now 8w1d and they just all the sudden stopped hurting about 2 days ago, should be fine :)

I'm pretty sure you are okay! Various pregnancy symptoms can come and go throughout. Today for me I finally feel less nausea...then I started feeling anxious because I wasn't nauseous...I keep reminding myself hormones change, symptoms change, we saw a heartbeat so chances of something happening are lower.

But it is so easy to get in our heads!!
